Our Swedish Autumn Honey is collected during a short seasonal window, when bees forage predominantly on wild heather across western Sweden. Produced from our apiaries in Trollhättan, Grästorp, Essunga, Nossebro, and Vara, this honey reflects the depth and character of the Scandinavian autumn landscape.

Heather nectar gives this honey a deeper, more aromatic flavour with a gently robust finish — perfect with cheeses, warm bread, tea, or seasonal dishes.

Naturally high in character and complexity.

As with all authentic raw honey, crystallisation may occur over time. Frost-like patterns inside the jar are a sign of low water content and excellent quality — never a defect.

Naturally Preserved

To maintain its natural enzymes and trace elements, avoid heating above 40°C.
Store in a cool, dark place and enjoy at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight.
